Why Sexual Energy?
“Societal conditioning has severely numbed our awareness and connection to our bodies and the sexual energy life force that circulates through us and permeates all of existence. Sexuality has been extremely stigmatized and degraded to forms of shame, vulgarity, unconscious sex, pornography, masturbation, and emotional repression resulting in traumatized individuals across our world. Until we heal our relationship with sex and reframe a more genuine meaning to it, we will continue to act unconsciously against our true nature, which is loving presence.
Contrary to what we have been exposed to, sexuality is divine energy. It is pure and powerful. It is a medicine to alchemizing our heart’s deepest wounds.
Sexuality begins in our heart space. Its language is love, kindness, acceptance, compassion and truth. It teaches us to bring our attention back to self, and to engage with our own energy first and foremost. It is a pathway back to our nature, which is aliveness and presence.”
